What are the order limits?

Minimum order is $200 AUD. Level 1 limit is $9,900 per order, $19,900 daily, $100,000 annually. Higher limits available upon request.

What fees do you charge?

We charge a standard 3.9% buy fee, included in the rate.

How long does it take to receive my Bitcoin?

Once your payment clears, Bitcoin is released to your wallet. OSKO/PayID clears in minutes, bank transfers in 1–2 business days.

Do I need a wallet before I buy?

Yes, you must provide a Bitcoin wallet address. We recommend non-custodial wallets.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Crypto purchases are final and irreversible once processed. If payment hasn’t been received yet, contact us to cancel.
